Eveline Londeman has been employed as a lawyer at Punt & Van Hapert Advocaten since 2016. She specialises in employment law and real estate law. Eveline has now built up her own portfolio of clients and acts as the regular direct counsel for clients in both the employment law and real estate sections.
Eveline provides legal support to both employers and employees. In dismissal cases, for example, she frequently advises and negotiates the terms on which employment will be terminated. She is regularly involved in legal proceedings at the subdistrict court, where she acts on behalf of employers, and in summary proceedings on reinstatement, where she acts of behalf of employees. Proceedings involving suspensions or the enforcement of non-competition clauses are also part of Eveline’s work. In recent years, she has frequently advised HR departments, both in the foreground and behind the scenes, on acute and protracted employment law issues. She cultivates regular contact with her clients and is able to take swift action at just the right moment.
In the field of real estate law, Eveline focuses mainly on advising on the content and drafting of lease contracts. Her clients are businesspeople who rent or lease commercial premises. In the case of rental disputes, Eveline supports both tenants and landlords with respect to termination and eviction proceedings. She also takes on cases involving homeowners associations, such as disputes regarding decision-making or short-stay lets such as through Airbnb. Eveline also handles construction cases, such as disputes regarding agreements for construction work and the manner in which work has been carried out. Eveline advises both high-profile entrepreneurs and private individuals.
Eveline completed her studies in law at Maastricht University in 2015. Before she began working for Punt & Van Hapert Advocaten, she worked as a registrar at two law courts where she gained procedural experience and became acquainted with the way in which judgments are reached. Her clients benefit from her expertise and personal experience. Before joining Punt & Van Hapert Advocaten, Eveline also gained experience in the employment law section of Boekel de Nerée. At that time, she mainly provided support to large companies and directors. As a result, she learned about how companies function and which interests are important to them. Eveline speaks Dutch and English. Clients value her constructive and communicative approach, as well as her expert and uncompromising approach to legal proceedings.
